Next, during the design phase of the project we provide the planning application drawings, if required thus culminating in complete working drawing documentation. As part of the documentation process, we work with high-quality surveyors, engineers and energy raters to combine with our documentation as part of the shire approval process.

We also offer managing of the planning approval process, liasing with planning departments to achieve a planning approval for you. Additionally, we can also offer to manage the building application process, culminating in a building license for you.
